在本院採檢後，我們會馬上送至中華民國防癌篩檢中心做病理的判讀：
結果約一個星期出來
可分：
1、within normal limit
2、reactive chhanges:inflamation, repair,radiation,and others
3、atrophy with inflamation
4、atypicalsquamous cell(ASC-US)
5、Aatypicalglanduar cells
6、mild dyspalsia(CIN1) with koilocytes
7、mild dyspalsia(CIN1) without koilocytes
8、moderate dysplasia(CIN2)
9、severe dysplasia(CIN3)
10、carcinoma in situ(CIN3)...原位癌
11、square cell carcinima
12、adenocarcinoma
13、other malignent neopalsm
14、others malignancy
15、atypical glandular cells faver neoplasm
16、atypical squamous cells cannot exclude HSIL
17、Dysplasia cannot exclude HSIL
18、endocervacle adenocarcinoma in situ
以上是專業用語，大致愈上面愈正常，到10為原位癌的意思，CIN1為癌前病變，需每三個月做抹片追蹤。
報告1、2、3皆為正常。
